At Ed Hardy Originals, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase.

The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted.

We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact us customerservice@edhardyoriginals.com

Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.

Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions.  Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).

Refunds

In most cases, customers receive the refund within 10 business days. Processing time can vary between banks.

To initiate your return, please send an email to customerservice@edhardyoriginals.com and expect a response from our team within 48 hours. 

    Orders with Declined Payments

    Ed Hardy does not hold funds on DECLINED orders (contact your bank directly).
