SHIPPING
We use Fedex for all domestic shipments. Your shipment will reach you in 7 – 10 business days, which does not include weekends & holidays. As soon as Fedex picks up your package from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number. It is NOT Ed Hardy originals responsibility for packages left at a customer's front door that go missing. (FedEx provides proof of package deliveries)
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Free Shipping on orders above $50 USD is on all ground shipping orders only.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Ed Hardy Originals, we guarantee 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving of your purchase.
The product must be returned in original condition. Worn, washed or otherwise used products will not be accepted.
We offer a limited warranty on our products. If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact us here.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
Sale items are non-refundable. No Returns. No Exchanges. No Exceptions. Please double check your sizes! No modifications can be made after your order is placed.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange an item, please follow the return process above for the unwanted item(s) for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s). For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping.

- For all returns, please log into your account that you have created & follow the instructions there for all returns.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the receipt of your return to be processed and your refund issued.
- We will notify you once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
Orders with Declined Payments
Ed Hardy does not hold funds on DECLINED orders (contact your bank directly).
